Brigid Byrne was born in Dublin in 1965 and studied Architecture at University College Dublin with student work experience in Dublin, New York and Rome. She graduated in 1990 and moved to Milan where she worked for Emilio Battisti and then for over eleven years in Michele De Lucchi's studio on a wide range of Architectural and Interior Design projects; Deutsche Bahn, Enel, La Triennale di Milano, Trenitalia, Telecom and numerous international competitions. Since leaving there in 2004, she has worked with Studio Park Associati and also for private clients both in Ireland, Italy and India on commercial interiors, retail and stand design, graphic design and branding. She has been working in collaboration with Paolo Mantero since 2009. Brigid has also been teaching a Interior Design course at the Istituto Europeo di Design (IED)
