Calogero Cangialosi

Calogero Cangialosi (Caserta, 1976) graduaated in Architecture at the Seconda Università degli Studi in Naples with a thesis work on techniques and technologies for sustainable building construction and conversion. In 2003, he obtained an ASP (Advanced Study Program) Master's Degree in Exhibition and Interior Design at IED in Turin. Following these experiences, in 2002, he worked alongside F&F studio in Turin on project management and coordination in the fields of interior design, exhibition design and retail design, specifically for Morellato and Diana Gellesi. In partnership with F&F Studio, he also worked on the urban development project of  Relàis Todini in Todi (2010) and of Sky's View Palace luxury residnce in Cap d'Ail (Côte d'Azur). He moved to Milan in 2012 and began working with Gruppo C14 -on the new Peuterey store in Berling and Fuorisalone 2012- and with Conrotto Arredonegozi di Cocconato d’Asti. In 2013 he worked as project manager (with Arch. Fulvio Fantolino) of the winning project for the design competition promoted by 'Autogrill & Mercedes' for the new Lounge and Bar area, to be built in the Fiumicino Terminal in Rome. At the same time, he worked for Faram s.p.a. on the creation of a new digital catalogue for their executive office furniture collection and was in charge of the restyling of the Henry-Schein Krugg group office complex in Buccinasco, after which he was nominated lead project manager for all provincial subsidiaries in Italy. In 2014, he signed the project for a residential interior renovation -along with the design of custom-made furniture- for an apartment in Milan, for which he also acted as art direction for the positioning of site-specific art pieces. He participated in a formation course for Prevenction and Protection Services Official (R.S.P.P. - Modulo C) which, since 2012, allowed him to specialize in design of medical facilities and participate in numerous projects with clients such as Istituto C.S.S. Mendel in Rome. Since June 2015, he haw been working with Paolo Mantero on corporate design projects such as the New Edizione srl Headquarters (Benetton Group) in Treviso.
